QUESTION #1: WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Audiobooks are delivered via email from my distributor, BookFunnel. The email will be sent as soon as the purchase is completed. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder as it may have gone in there.
If that fails, to find your audiobooks go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login name.
Paperback books usually take one to two weeks, depending on your location. You should receive an email from the distributor once your order has been dispatched with further details of delivery times.
QUESTION #2: CAN I LISTEN ON MY PHONE?
For the audiobooks, the best way to enjoy them is directly through the BookFunnel app, which you can download to your phone. The app is free and easy to use.
QUESTION #3: IS THERE A SPECIFIC ORDER TO READ?
Yes, all of my series are best enjoyed in order.

QUESTION #4: CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?
I do not offer returns on the audiobooks since they are digital products and once they are emailed to you, I can't get them back.
For paperbacks, returns are allowed if there is any damage to the order. If this is the case, a complaint should be raised within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We would require images and explanation of the defect/damage via email to our main support line at val@valmcbeath.com.
Assuming the defect is due to the production or distribution of the book(s) we can offer to reprint and send the goods again, or refund the order.
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
QUESTION #5: THE AUDIO BOOK CODES HAVE EXPIRED
Once BookFunnel sends the codes for the books, you have 14 days before the codes expire. If you are unable to use them in that time, you can either email BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes, or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login.
You will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
QUESTION #6: WHEN IS THE NEXT BOOK AVAILABLE?

QUESTION #7: ARE THE EBOOKS AVAILABLE DIRECTLY FROM VL MCBEATH?
All my ebooks are available on Amazon. Because they are enrolled in Kindle Unlimited, an Amazon exclusive programme, I cannot offer my them directly on the store via my website. You can find them on your local Amazon store by searching for VL McBeath.
